Hello parents!!

We are quickly approaching the end of summer camps and the start of the 2011-2012 school year. Wow! What a summer! We are so excited that we had so many of our friends in MLC for the summer session. Thanks for your continued support for MLC.

We have a lot going on in the last week before summer camp ends, and just received word of confirmation on a field trip to the Museum of the Rockies to end the summer camp session. This field trip will be on Thursday August 25th (Last day of summer camp).

Please review the schedule and permission slip. We will need parent drivers in order to make this field trip work. Please let me know if you are available to assist the MLC teachers and students for this fun day! The more the merrier, but if your child is not enrolled on Thursday, please contact me if you are interested in participating in the field trip.

We are fine tuning the details and cost on Monday when the MOR field trip director returns. I know that the cost will be a reduced rate, but will not know until Monday. There will be permission slips to sign at MLC on Monday and a sign up sheet for parent drivers as well. Again, we will not be able to go if we do not have enough parent and teacher drivers.

Fall Enrollment:  I know many of you have been asking about fall enrollment. All parents will need to resubmit enrollment paperwork and scholarship applications for the fall. This includes ALL paperwork unfortunately. I will also need updated immunization records for everyone. Your child will not be able to attend school without these records in hand on their first day! Attached you will find the handbook, enrollment sheet, rates, calender and policies. I will have packets ready Monday at the school. If you are interested in enrolling your child in MLC for the fall school year, please let me know what days you are interested in. Spaces are limited and will fill up fast.

Remember, MLC is open 5 days a week starting the week of September 6th!

MLC will be closed from August 26th-September 5th. We will reopen on Tuesday September 6th! We will continue to be open from 8:30-5:30.
